NEW! School-Based Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy clinic housed in select Durham county elementary schools which offer an on-site licensed therapist who specializes in child mental health. Services include: comprehensive clinical assessments, individual, family, and group therapy during school hours to students within these schools (C.C. Spaulding Elementary, Pearsontown Elementary, W.G. Pearson Elementary, Morehead Montessori, Fayetteville St. Elementary, Club Blvd. Elementary, and Hope Valley Elementary). Psychiatric medication management and Psychological evaluation also offered to students enrolled in this program. In addition, therapists collaborate with school teachers and staff within the schools to help students in the program achieve greater academic and behavioral success in the school setting. Students can be referred to the program by school support team or by parents who are concerned about a child’s emotional or behavioral health.
